Julie’s Pea Salad

Frozen peas

Diced onion

Crispy crumbled bacon

Chopped hard boiled eggs

Shredded cheddar cheese

Put in large bowl.

Dressing: 

Start with 1 cup mayonnaise

1/3 cup sour cream

2 tablespoons vinegar

Salt & pepper  to taste

Mix and add to peas, etc. 

Keeps in fridge well.   Depending on size of salad needed , you can make a larger salad or a smaller salad.
