Cucumber Jell-O Salad Recipe

1 large pkg. lime Jell-O

2 c. hot water

 1 3/4 c. cold water

1/4 c. vinegar

1 or 2 grated mild onions

1 grated cucumber

1/2 c. sour cream

Dissolve Jell-O in hot water. Add cold water and vinegar. Allow mixture to partially set. Add onions, cucumber and sour cream; let sit until solid.
