YUM YUM BARS

2 eggs

1 cup sugar

¾ cup shortening

 

2 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs

2 cups mini marshmallows (can use colored ones)

½ cup chopped nuts (optional)

1 ½ cups coconut

 

Boil first 3 ingredients (2 eggs, 1 cup sugar, ¾ cup shortening)  together for 2 minutes over low heat. 

Mix other ingredients (graham cracker crumbs, mini marshmallows, chopped nuts, coconut)with boiled mixture.

 Press into 9” x 13” greased/sprayed pan.

 Melt together  6 ounces butterscotch  chips, 3 ounces chocolate chips and  1/4 cup peanut butter,  then frost bars. YUM! YUM!
