Waffle Iron Cookies

Bonny Kilmurry

Stir Together

3 ½ T. cocoa

1/3 cup butter plus ½  T. melted

Stir together with the following:

¾ cup sugar

2 eggs

1 cup flour

1 teaspoon salt

Drop by teaspoon on hot waffle iron.  Bake 1-3 minutes.  Frost with chocolate or peanut butter frosting.

Childhood favorite of our children.  Often made in summer months, does not heating the oven.
