Tea Banana Bread

1 ¾ cup flour

2/3 cup sugar

¼ teaspoon soda

2 teaspoon baking powder

½ teaspoon salt

1/3 cup shortening (I use cooking oil)

2 eggs beaten

1 cup bananas, mashed (2 or 3)

Cream shortening and sugar till light, add eggs, beat well.  Mix all dry ingredients.  Add dry ingredients alternating with bananas to creamed sugar mix.  Put in sprayed 9x 5” loaf pan.  Bake 350 degrees for 1 hour.  (great toasted)
