Sweet Potato Casserole
3 cup mashed sweet potatoes (40 oz. tall can)
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup milk
1 tsp. vanilla
2 beaten eggs
1/3 cup butter or margarine
Mix together and put in a buttered casserole dish.
Topping:
1/3 cup melted butter or margarine
1/3 cup flour
1 cup brown sugar
Blend until crumbly, then add:
1 cup coconut
1 cup chopped nuts
Put on top of sweet potato mixture; bake at 350 degrees until bubbly and
heated through.
