Jello Pancake Syrup
1 small box jello fruit gelatin (strawberry, raspberry, orange)
1 cup water
½ cup sugar
2 Tablespoons cornstarch
Combine in a small saucepan, whisk well to dissolve cornstarch & Jello. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Reduce heat & simmer 5 minutes. Remove from heat & allow to cool until it thickens slightly. Serve warm.
Sugar-free Jello Pancake Syrup

***NOTE***If you have some left over, store in refrigerator. When you need it, microwave it for 45-60 seconds till it comes back to a syrup consistency.
