Homemade Sweet & Sour Sauce
1 – 14 ounce can chicken broth
2-3 Tablespoons corn starch
2 Tablespoons soy sauce
3 Tablespoons vinegar (can use red wine vinegar)
3 Tablespoons sugar (can substitute Splenda/sweetner
Mix the cornstarch with a little chicken broth to make a smooth, runny paste, combine with all other ingredients. Add to stir fry. Cook until sauce thickens.
