Beet Jelly

4 cups  beet  juice

2 packages kool-aid (red)

1 pkg. Sure-jel

4 cups sugar

Bring to a boil the beet juice, kool-aid and Sure-jel. 

When it boils, add sugar, stirring.  Boil 2-3 minutes longer. 

Pour into sterilized jars.
