Alfredo Sauce

Ingredients

1/4 cup butter

3/4 cup heavy cream

1/2 cup parmesan cheese

Melt butter, add cream and cheese.

Directions

Cook over low heat, do not boil. Serve over linguine or spaghetti.

I added sautéed chicken pieces or could use shrimp. Serve with a salad and a roll. Viola, a quick meal and so good.
