Veggie Macaroni Salad

1 lb. pkg. curly pasta
1 chopped green pepper
4 medium carrots, shredded
1 cucumber, diced
2 tomatoes, diced

Cook the curly pasta, drain and rinse with cold water. Mix with veggies
in large bowl. Make dressing and toss together gently with veggies and
pasta.. Chill at least 4 hours.

Dressing:
1 can sweetened condensed milk (no substitutes)
1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
1 cup sugar
2 cups mayonnaise
salt and pepper, to taste

Mix all ingredients together well in small bowl.
