Squash Casserole
2 cups cooked yellow squash or acorn squash, or other similar kind
2 eggs
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 cup onion
1 cup grated cheese
1 cup evaporated milk
2 cups cracker crumbs
Mash cooked squash, and add other ingredients. Mix well, and pour into greased casserole dish. Bake in 325 degree oven for 40 minutes.
