Sea Breeze Salad
8 C water
2 C macaroni, uncooked
1 can tuna, drained & flaked
1 tomato, sliced thin or chopped
1/2 C olives, sliced
1/4 green pepper, diced
1/4 onion, cut in rings
1 medium cucumber, sliced thin or diced
1/2 C Italian dressing
In a large saucepan, over high heat, bring eight cups water, one tablespoon olive oil and macaroni to a boil. Cook over high heat for eight to ten minutes or until macaroni is tender. Drain. Combine remaining ingredients with cooked macaroni, mix well. Chill. Toss again before serving.
