Scalloped Corn
2 cans whole corn, drained
2 cans creamed corn
1 stick (1/2 cup) butter/margarine
2 packages Ritz crackers, squeezed to crush lightly
Mix corn together and put into 9 x 13 pan. Sprinkle crackers over the top. Dot butter over crackers. Bake in 350 degree oven till crackers are golden, and no butter is visible. (About 30 minutes)
