SPINACH  SALAD AND DRESSING

 

1/3 cup canola oil

3 tablespoons apple cider vinegar

1 tablespoon honey

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

 1 package (10 oz)  fresh Spinach

1 (8 ¼  oz) can julienne Beets, drained

¼ cup imitation Bacon Bits

1.In a medium saucepan, bring the oil, vinegar, honey, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper to a boil over medium heat.  

In a large bowl, combine he spinach, drained beets and bacon bits.  Pour the hot dressing over the spinach mixture; toss to coat well.  Serve immediately.
