Red, White & Blue Salad

1st Layer:

Mix 1 small box of raspberry jello &  2 cups hot water; stir well, pour into 9 x 13” pan.  Put in refrigerator & let set up

2nd Layer:

Combine:  1 envelope unflavored gelatin

½ cup  cold water

Mix 1 cup sugar with gelatin/water mixture.  Heat 1 cup of coffee cream-do not boil, add to gelatin.  Add 1 teaspoon vanilla & 8 oz. Cream cheese, mix well.  Fold in 1 cup chopped pecans.   Refrigerate.    Let set.

3rd. Layer:

1 raspberry jello, 1 cup hot water, 1 can blueberries & juice.  Mix well.  Pour over 1st & 2nd layer.  Refrigerate until set.
