Raspberry Jello Salad With Sour Cream Topping
1 large package raspberry Jell-O
2 packages (8 oz) frozen red raspberries
2 1/2 cups boiling water
Mix. Add 2 (9 ounce) cans crushed pineapple, drained. Put in dish. Let set.
Topping:
1 cup sour cream
1 1/2 cups miniature marshmallows
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 T. sugar
Mix together, spread over jello. Refrigerate.
