Pizza Salad

 

1 pound pasta (I used rainbow bow tie pasta this time .. and it worked great)

3 tomatoes diced

1 pound of cheddar cheese cubed

1-2 bunches of green onions sliced

1 can of black olives

3 ounces of Pepperoni sliced thin

3/4 cup oil

2/3 cup Parmesan cheese

1/2 cup red wine vinegar

2 teaspoons oregano

1 teaspoon garlic powder

 1/4 teaspoon pepper  

Cook, and drain pasta well. Mix with tomatoes, cheese, olives, green onions and pepperoni.  

In a small bowl, mix: Oil, Parmesan cheese, vinegar, and seasonings. Pour over pasta.  

Cover Refrigerate for several hours. Top with croutons if desired right before serving.
