Pear Pecan Salad
1 (20 ounce) can pears
1 (3 ounce) lemon Jello
1 (8 ounce) cream cheese
1 (8ounce) Cool Whip
¼ cup chopped pecans (optional)
Drain pears to get 1 cup juice. Bring juice to a boil, add lemon jello and stir to dissolve. Let partially set. Blend pears and cream cheese in blender along with rest of pear juice. Add to partially set Jello along with Cool Whip. Stir to blend. Add pecans if desired. Refrigerate to set.
