Pea Salad

 

2 boxes frozen petit peas, thawed and drained

1 c. chopped celery

1/2 c. chopped green onions

1/2 c. crisp bacon bits (about 6 slices)

1/2 c. salted cashews

1/2 c. sour cream

Dash of garlic salt

Dash of pepper 

 

Mix together peas, celery, onions, sour cream, garlic salt & pepper.

Can be made the night before and refrigerated.

Just before serving, add in bacon and cashews so they are crisp rather than soggy.
