Pea Salad Recipe
Ingredients
2 cans peas (15 oz), drained
3 hard boiled eggs
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped onions
1/4 c. chopped green peppers
2 T. Sweet Relish
1 c. mayonnaise
1/2 t. mustard
1 c. grated cheddar (optional)
salt to taste
Directions
In medium bowl put all the ingredients except the mayonnaise and mustard. In small bowl mix mayonnaise, mustard and salt with approximate measures to taste.
Now pour over the vegetables and mix gently until all is covered well. Refrigerate until use.
