Layered Steak Salad
Minute steak, cut into thin strips
Torn lettuce (your choice, iceberg, romaine, etc) about 6 cups
1 can (1 5 ounce) black beans, drained, rinsed
1 can (11 ounce) whole kernel corn, drained
tomato, diced
Salsa, your choice of heat
Shredded Cheddar Cheese
Ranch dressing
Tortilla chips (crushed, optional)
Brown steak strips and cook until done. Using a serving platter or a glass serving bowl; layer the following: lettuce, black beans, kernel corn, died tomato, salsa, shredded cheese, steak strips. Drizzle with Ranch dressing or serve dressing on the side. Sprinkle with crushed tortilla chips.
