Italian Spicy Salad
1-16 ounce package rotini pasta
1-8 ounce can tomato sauce
1 cup fat free Italian dressing
1 teaspoon dried basil
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
1 ½ cups chopped fresh tomatoes
1 ½ cups chopped cucumbers
1 medium red onion, chopped
2 ounces sliced ripe olives
Cook rinse and drain pasta. Mix tomato sauce, dressing and spices in large bowl. Add pasta and vegetables and mix well. Cover and refrigerate until chilled (least 2 hours). Taste even better if it chills over night.
