Hobo Meatball Stew

1 pound hamburger
Salt & pepper
Shape into 1-1 1/2 “ balls and brown

Put in crockpot:
4 medium size potatoes, peeled & chunked
4 medium size carrots, chunked
1 onion, to taste, chopped

Put in crockpot.  Place meatballs on top of vegetables.
½ cup catsup
½ cup water
1 ½ teaspoon vinegar

Combine and pour over meat and vegetables.  Put lid on 4-5 hours on high.
