Ham Salad
4 C leftover finely chopped ham
6 boiled eggs, finely chopped
1 C minced celery
3 tsp dried dill weed
2 T finely chopped green onion
1 1/2 C mayonnaise
3 tsp vinegar
2 tsp sugar
Mix mayonnaise, vinegar, and sugar together; set aside. Mix all other ingredients together. Mix both mixtures. It should be moist but not runny. Chill in covered container overnight. Makes great sandwiches or serve on crackers.
