Great American Potato Salad
½ cup Mayonnaise or Miracle Whip
1 Tablespoon yellow mustard
½ teaspoon celery seed
½ teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
4 cups cubed potatoes, cooked, drained
2 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
½ cup chopped onions
½ cup sliced celery
½ cup dill pickle relish
Mix Mayonnaise, mustard, celery seed salt and pepper in large bowl. Add remaining ingredients; mix lightly. Cover. Refrigerate several hours or until chilled.
