Four Bean Salad
1 16 ounce can green beans
1 15-1/2 ounce can lima beans or black-eye peas
1 15-1/2 ounce can pinto or red kidney beans
1 15-1/2 ounce can Great Northern beans
1 2ounce jar diced pimentos (optional)
1 medium green pepper
1 medium onion
Your favorite Italian Dressing
Drain all beans. Dice or slice the green pepper and onion. In a large serving bowl, combine peppers and onions with beans.
Pour 1 ½ cups (or amount desired) Italian dressing over vegetables.
Refrigerate 24 hours before serving.
