Cold Veggie Salad

1 can of French cut green beans

1 can of whole white corn

1 can of June/small peas

1 cup of diced green peppers

1 cup chopped celery

1 cup chopped red onion

1 cup pimetos (optional for color)

Drain bean, corn, peas. Add to other ingredients in bowl

DRESSING INGREDIENTS:

1 tsp salt

1 Tbsp water

3/4 cup white vinegar

1/4 cup oil

1 cup of sugar

Bring dressing  ingredients to a boil and let cool

Pour over veggies

Can be doubled for party size bowl.

Easy to refrigerate and can be make in advance, gets better with age.
