Cherry Tomato Salad

 

1⁄2cup mayonnaise

2 teaspoons  vinegar (I used dill pickle juice)

1 teaspoon Dijon mustard

1 pint cherry tomatoes, halved

1⁄4cup finely chopped red onion

2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley

salt and pepper, to taste

1 package dry Hidden Valley dressing mix

Directions

Whisk mayonnaise, vinegar, Hidden Valley dressing, and mustard together.

Add tomatoes, onions and parsley.

Toss well and season to taste.
