Broccoli Cheese Soup
6 Tablespoons butter/margarine
6 cups water
6 chicken bouillon cubes
1 package frozen broccoli
8 ounce package egg noodles
1 cup onions
1 Tablespoon garlic salt
4 cups milk
1 pound Velvetta cheese
Saute butter/margarine with chopped onion. Add water, chicken bouillon cubes and noodles. Boil until noodles are soft, about 5 to 6 minutes. Add package of frozen, chopped broccoli and garlic salt. Cook until soft, about 8 to 10 minutes. Add cheese and milk. Heat through. Makes a large kettle.
