Asparagus Pasta Salad
1 cup small shell pasta
½ to ¾ cup non-fat, Zesty Italian dressing
1 ½ cups asparagus (cut into ½-1” pieces)
1 teaspoon oregano
½ cup carrots, slices in thin circles
¼ cup red peppers, diced
½ cup onions, diced
½ teaspoon celery seed
Cook pasta following package directions. Rinse, drain and cool. Add remaining ingredients.
Mix and marinade for six to eight hours or overnight.
