Sour Cream Chocolate Cake
2 eggs, well beaten
1 cup sour cream
2 teaspoon soda
2 cups sugar
2 cups flour
¼ tsp. salt
3 Heaping Tablespoons cocoa
Beat above ingredients well and add 1 cup boiling water, mix well. Pour into a greased 9 x 13 pan, bake 350 degree oven for about 30 minutes. Let cool.
Chocolate Chip Frosting:
1 1/3 cup sugar
6 Tablespoons milk
6 Tablespoons butter
½ cup chocolate chips
1 teaspoon vanilla
Cook together sugar, butter, milk, boil 1 minute, add chips, stir until melted , add 1 teaspoon vanilla.
Spread onto cooled cake

1 cup sugar
Dash salt
1 cup sour cream
1 teaspoon vanilla
Mix the 4 ingredients in a saucepan and boil to soft ball stage, add vanilla, add 1 cup drained raisins and beat until creamy, not hard. Mighty tasty on this Sour cream chocolate cake.
