Sour Cream Apple Pie

2 cups chopped apples
¾ cup sugar
2 Tablespoons flour
1 cup cream
1 egg (beaten)
1/8 t. salt
½ t. vanilla
Combine sugar and flour, add cream, egg, salt and vanilla. Beat until smooth. Add apples. Bake in pie shell 15 minutes at 450 degrees, then reduce heat to 325 degrees and bake 30 minutes more. Take out of oven. Combine 1/3 cups sugar, 1 teaspoon cinnamon and 1 Tablespoon flour. Sprinkle on top of pie , return to oven 15 minutes more.
