Slow Cooker Pumpkin Pie Pudding
1-15 oz can solid pack pumpkin
1-12 oz can evaporated milk
3/4 C brown sugar
1/2 C biscuit baking mix
2 eggs, beaten
2 T melted butter
2 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
Coat inside of slow cooker crock with pan spray. Mix all ingredients until smooth. Pour mixture into slow cooker. Cover and cook on low for four to six hours.
