Sheet Cake Brownies

2 sticks margarine
1 c. water
3 tbsp. cocoa
2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
2 eggs
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 c. sour cream
1 tsp. vanilla

Frosting
3 tbsp. cocoa
1 stick margarine
6 tbsp. milk
1 lb. powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Put margarine, water and cocoa in double boiler to melt. Mix flour, sugar and salt; put in chocolate mixture. Add eggs, baking soda, sour cream and vanilla to mixture. Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees on greased cookie sheet. Frosting: Heat and melt cocoa, margarine and milk. Add powdered sugar and vanilla. Beat until creamy.
