Rocky Road Candy

2 cups semisweet chocolate chips

2 cups butterscotch chips

1 cup peanut butter

 

Combine in large bowl and microwave on high for 1 1/2 minutes.  

Stir.   microwave for 1 1/2 minutes longer.   Stir.  

Fold in 1 (10oz) package mini-marshmallows and 1 cup dry roasted peanuts. 

Spread into a butter 9x 13” pan.  Refrigerate for 2 hours or until set.
