Rhubarb Dump Cake
Put in a greased/sprayed 9”x13” pan in order given:
4 cups rhubarb, diced
1 cup sugar/Splenda (sprinkle over rhubarb)
1 package regular/sugar free strawberry jello (sprinkle over sugar)
1 white/yellow cake mix (dry, right from the box, spread out evenly)
1/3 cup melted butter/margarine ( pour over dry cake mix)
2 ¼ cups water (pour over top)
Bake 350 degrees, 35 minutes.
