Rhubarb Bread Pudding Recipe  

 

Ingredients

4 cups diced rhubarb

3 cups bread cubes

1-1/2 cups sugar

1/2 tsp. nutmeg

1/2 tsp. cinnamon

1/2 cup melted butter  

 

Directions Toss together all ingredients. Put mixture in a buttered 8 x 12" glass dish; cover and bake at 350 for 45 minutes.

Good warm or cold, especially topped with a spoonful of whipped cream, or whipped topping.
