1 (6 oz) package cherry jello
2 C. boiling water
1 (20 oz) can crushed pineapple (DO NOT DRAIN)
1 (20 oz) can cherry pie filling
For Topping:
8 oz. cream cheese
8 oz. sour cream
1/2 C. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
DIRECTIONS:
Mix and dissolve cherry jello with boiling water. Add can of crushed pineapple and cherry pie filling. Refrigerate until set.
For topping, mix together all ingredients until it becomes frosting-like consistency. Put atop set and cool jello. Nuts can be added if desired.
