Pumpkin Custard

3 C fresh pumpkin

6 T sugar

3 T flour

3 C milk

4 eggs 

Drain pumpkin day before. Mash pumpkin (3 cups). Add sugar, flour, and eggs. Add milk and bake at 375 degrees for one hour or until done. Makes two 9-inch pies, using unbaked pie shells. Sprinkle top with cinnamon. Serves eight to ten.
