Praline Pecan Crunch

1- 16 oz pkg Cinnamon Quaker Oat Squares cereal (8 cups)
1/2 C light corn syrup
2 C pecan pieces
1/2 C firmly packed brown sugar
1/4 C margarine (1/2 stick)
2 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp baking soda
Heat oven to 250 degrees. Combine cereal and pecans in 9 x 13 pan; set aside. Combine corn syrup, brown sugar and margarine in microwaveable bowl. Microwave on High 90 seconds. Stir. Microwave 30 to 90 seconds more or until boiling. Stir in vanilla and baking soda and pour over cereal mixture. Stir to coat evenly. Bake one hour, stirring every 20 minutes. Spread on baking sheet to cool. Break into pieces.
