Pineapple Sour Cream Pie

 

 

Ingredients

1 large pkg. (6 serving size) vanilla instant pudding mix

1 can (8 oz.) crushed pineapple, undrained

2 cups dairy sour cream

1 tbsp. sugar

1 baked 9" pie crust

Whipped cream

Maraschino cherries (optional)

 

Directions

Combine pudding mix, pineapple, sour cream and sugar in deep narrow-bottom bowl.

Beat slowly with rotary beater, or on lowest speed with electric mixer for 1 minute.

Pour into prepared pie shell. Chill about 3 hours.

Garnish with prepared whipped cream and garnish with maraschino cherries, if desired.
