Pineapple Soft Serve Ice Cream

2 C frozen pineapple chunks
8 oz frozen whipped topping (like Cool Whip)
3 T honey or 2 T sugar
6 oz pineapple juice, frozen

Blend frozen pineapple, pineapple juice, and honey or sugar till fairly smooth, add Cool Whip and blend smooth.  Eat immediately.
