Pineapple Coconut Bars
1/2 C butter
2 C flour
1 C sugar
2 8 oz pkg cream cheese
1/4 C sugar
1/4 C milk
2 C well drained crushed pineapple
2 tsp vanilla
2 C coconut
2 T melted butter
Mix the butter, flour, and one cup sugar and press into a 9 x 13-inch cake pan. Bake 15 minutes in 350 degree oven. Cream the cream cheese, sugar, vanilla, and milk. Add drained pineapple to the creamed mixture and pour over the crust. Mix the coconut and the two tablespoons of melted butter. Sprinkle over the mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes.
