Pineapple Cake

 

2 cups flour

2 cups sugar

2 teaspoons baking soda

2 eggs

2 teaspoons vanilla

2- 8 oz. cans crushed pineapple with juice

 

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In large bowl, mix all ingredients until well mixed. Pour into 9x13 pan that has been sprayed with non stick cooking spray. Bake 40-45 minutes.

Cool. Frost if desired or serve with a scoop whipped topping.
