Pecan Fudge Recipe

 

1 lb Confectioner's sugar

 6 tb Butter

1/2 c Cocoa

1/4 c Milk

1 tb Vanilla

1/4 ts Salt

 1 c Pecans, chopped

 

In medium saucepan, heat sugar, butter, cocoa, milk, vanilla and salt overlow heat, stirring until smooth.

Stir in nuts. Spread mixture quickly in buttered 9 x 5 loaf pan.

Cool; cut into squares.

Makes 2 dozen.
