Peach Jello Salad

1 ½ cup crushed Ritz crackers

2 Tablespoons powdered sugar

½ cup margarine, melted

Mix together and put in bottom of 9 x 13 pan.  Press down.  Bake 10 minutes at 350 degrees.

 

8 ounces cream cheese

1 cup powdered sugar

Mix together and add  8 ounce carton of Cool Whip, mix together and  put on cooled crust.

 

2 (3 ounce)  packages peach jello

2 cups boiling water

1 large can sliced peaches (drained) and cut.  Use juice and add water to make 1 ½ cups of liquid.  Let set a little and pour over 2nd layer.  Refrigerate
