Oreo Rice Krispie Treats

3 Tbsp butter

4 1/2 cups mini marshmallows

1 tsp vanilla

3 cups Rice Krispies

9 Oreos, crushed

1/4 cup white chocolate chips

Combine cereal and Oreos in a large mixing bowl; set aside. Line an 11"x 8" pan with foil or waxed paper and spray with non-stick spray. Set aside. Melt butter in a small saucepan over medium heat. Add marshmallows and reduce heat to medium low. Cook and stir till marshmallows are melted. Stir in the vanilla. Pour over the cereal mixture and stir to coat.

Press firmly into the prepared pan. Use the foil to lift out the rice crispy treats, then cut into squares. Melt the chocolate chips in a small ziplock bag in the microwave at half power. Snip a corner and drizzle the melted chocolate over the bars.
