Oreo Delight
1 (1 lb.) pkg. Oreo cookies, crushed fine
2 small pkgs. (4 servings each) French vanilla, or vanilla instant
pudding
1 tub (12 oz.) frozen whipped topping, thawed
2 pkgs. (8 oz. each) cream cheese, softened
3 cups cold milk
Save 1 cup crushed Oreos for top; press remainder of crumbs in the bottom of a 9 x 13 inch dish. Mix pudding with milk. Add cream cheese and beat until smooth (I used electric mixer). Gently stir in whipped topping. Pour over crushed Oreos in pan. Sprinkle with reserved 1 cup cookie crumbs. Chill for several hours, or overnight. Keep leftovers in refrigerator. If desired, put well drained maraschino cherry halves on top to make it "pretty".
