No Churn Butter Pecan Ice Cream
2 C heavy cream
1-14 oz can sweetened condensed milk
1 C chopped pecans or walnuts
3 T butter, melted
1 tsp vanilla extract
Whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form in large bowl. Combine sweetened condensed milk, pecans or walnuts, butter, and vanilla extract in a large bowl. Mix well. Fold in whipped cream. Pour into a 9 x 5-inch loaf pan or two-quart container; cover. Freeze for six hours or until firm. Store in freezer.
